Smile MAKEOVER

During our initial assessment, we'll take a look at the heath of your jaw, gum foundation, and teeth, and recommend care specific to your smile. After a full examination, Dr. Yusuf will work with you to create a customized treatment plan based on your unique needs and goals. We take both pictures and an intra-oral scan to get a full picture of your mouth. Then, we send it all to our lab where they will create a "wax up" model of your new smile, so you can see exactly what your new smile will look like before we begin your permanent procedures.

At your second appointment, we'll help you test-drive your new look with your wax-up model, and then we'll prepare your teeth and take impressions. While the lab works on creating your final crowns, veneers, or bridges, you can test drive your new smile with temporary fixtures until your permanent custom rehab is complete!

Veneers are a more conservative treatment than crowns, and can create a straight, white, beautiful smile in a matter of weeks. Veneers are thin caps of porcelain that are bonded to the front surface of your teeth. They can be used to correct a variety of dental problems, including chips, cracks, gaps, stains, and more. Veneers are also an excellent option for people who want to improve the appearance of their teeth without undergoing extensive dental work. The team at Sana Dental Studio is passionate about helping our patients achieve the smiles of their dreams. We use only the highest quality materials and state-of-the-art technology to create beautiful, custom veneers.

Porcelain crowns are tooth-colored caps that are placed over teeth. They are used for both cosmetic and functional purposes, and can be made to match the color of your natural teeth. Crowns can be made from a variety of materials, but porcelain is the most popular choice because it is strong and durable, and looks more like a natural tooth than other materials. Porcelain crowns are usually placed over badly damaged or decayed teeth in order to restore their function and appearance. They can also be used to support bridges, cover implants, or change the shape or color of teeth.

Dental bridges are designed to fill gaps created by missing teeth. A bridge often consists of two crowns that fit on the teeth on either side of the gap and an artificial tooth that fits perfectly into the empty space between. This creates a uniform row of natural-looking teeth. Bridges are non-removable and usually composed of a combination of metal and porcelain materials. A dental bridge is one of many options to replace teeth, which look natural and will also bring back the integrity of your bite, so you can eat with comfort.

Questions?

  • What are the most popular Smile Makeover procedures that you offer?

A Smile makeover consists of any cosmetic or restorative procedure that helps improve your smile. Our most common procedures are veneers, crowns, bridges, and teeth whitening.

  • Does my insurance cover Smile Makeover procedures?

Most dental insurance doesn't cover cosmetic procedures. However, you can contact your individual insurance provider to check if a procedure is covered. You can also read over our financial policy and learn about payment options here.

  • What's the difference between Veneers and Crowns?

Porcelain crowns and veneers are two popular choices for improving the appearance of teeth. Both options involve placing a thin layer of porcelain over the existing teeth. However, there are some key differences between the two procedures.

Crowns are used to restore teeth that are damaged or decayed. The dentists will first remove any damaged tissue from the tooth before bonding the porcelain crown to the remaining structure. Crowns can also be used to improve the appearance of misshapen or discolored teeth.

Veneers, on the other hand, are primarily used for cosmetic purposes. They can be used to cover up chips, cracks, and stains on the teeth.

Orthodontics &
Clear Aligners

We are proud to offer the most discreet orthodontic braces available today – the Invisalign® option. A beautiful smile is the gateway to expressing your personality and enduring new opportunities. However, we guard our smiles from the world because of the embarrassment of crooked teeth, and do not want to deal with the hassle from traditional braces. Thanks to advancements in cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign for our patients can straighten teeth comfortably and discreetly.

Invisalign® consists of a series of removable custom-made aligner trays that are completely invisible. This means that no one will even know you are straightening your teeth. You can eat, drink, and floss throughout treatment without the problems associated with traditional braces. The Invisalign® method is also much more comfortable than wire braces and may be an option for you!
